Note Circulated to all the Principals through DVEOs & RJDs for compliance through Google Drive:-

I am  to request you to take following items of work in Government Junior Colleges for strengthening the colleges and improving academic standards.

1. Starting of Alumni Associations in all Colleges and requesting them to contribute their might to develop their college in areas like providing of infrastructure, giving prizes to meritorious students, supporting midday meal programming in the colleges and developing greenery in their respective colleges.
2. All Principals are instructed to start study hours in the colleges forthwith.
3. Explore the possibility of providing mid day meal to students with the support of local voluntary organisations and philanthropists as students have to stay long hours during study hours.
4. All Principals are instructed to shift to LED lighting in the colleges meeting expenditure from current year special fee collections from AVE.
5. They are also instructed to celebrate Annual Day as directed in the previous circular and invite local officers / Celebrities and showcase best performing students in various fields (curricular and extracurricular ).

They are further informed to furnish compliance report on the above items of work in the  proforma appended separately through Google Drive.

All the Regional Joint Directors and District Vocational Education Officers are directed to ensure strict compliance by the colleges

AG&MC Review Meeting on 14th October 2011 at GJC(Town), Kurnool.

All the Principals of Govt. / Aided Junior Colleges in Kurnool District are requested to submit the information regarding the results of IPE March 2011, Unit-I & II and Quarterly Examinations in the Annexure I(A) & I(B) appended to these proceedings on or before 12-10-2011 to this office in duplicate, so as to enable to prepare the consolidated overall results of Kurnool District.
